Diffuser panels

Many acoustic solutions companies only supply acoustic absorption as a means of acoustic control and have little or no experience with diffusers. While these products have their uses, many acoustic specialists use absorption products in every scenario. However, too much absorption can make rooms sound boxy, reduce speech clarity, feel closed in and uncomfortable to work in.

Diffusion panels reduce echo and noise by scattering sound energy back into a space.  This action reduces the sound energy that is reflected back to the listener but doesn’t remove the energy from the space and so is a perfect solution.
