Interior Fit Out for green pastures veterinary practice
We successfully completed the handover of a new-build extension at Green Pastures Veterinary Practice ahead of the festive season, working in close collaboration with main contractor Fisher & Dean.
The project supports one of the region’s leading veterinary care providers, delivering a highly controlled clinical environment.
Project Overview
The works comprised a carefully specified internal fit-out, designed to meet stringent clinical, hygienic, acoustic, and radiation-protection requirements. Key elements included MF ceilings incorporating Safeboard, tape-and-fill plasterboard wall systems, and a Code 3 lead-lined ceiling within the CT/X-ray suite to ensure full radiation compliance. Thermal and acoustic performance were enhanced through the installation of 450 mm mineral insulation alongside 140 mm Celotex.
Suspended ceilings were integrated with existing structures, including hygienic ceiling systems where required, while Ecophon Advantage acoustic ceiling tiles were installed within the CT scanning room to manage sound control. Hygienic wall linings were applied throughout scanner rooms, control areas, and kennels to support infection control and ease of maintenance.
